This Certificate demonstrates a recognised level of knowledge, skills and understanding of best practice within the industry.
Candidates sit a series of multiple-choice online exams which reinforce and test their existing knowledge of the key areas of vehicle rental operations, thereby providing proof of competence to managers and customers.
This quality assured programme has been designed to benefit both staff and their employers.
Who will benefit?
Rental agents and managers in daily rental and light commercial vehicle rental locations.
There is no requirement for candidates to have taken part in a specific course of instruction. Most candidates will attain the required level of knowledge from on-the-job training after a period of six months' industry experience.
Whilst not necessary, you may benefit from attending the "Introduction to Daily Rental", or any other BVRLA training course for daily rental operators. Candidates that have attended their own structured training programmes through their own member companies will also benefit as certification will demonstrate their improved knowledge and understanding.
