The Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) is making changes to the annual test for heavy vehicles (HGV/PSVs) to make them more environmentally friendly.
From 29 April 2024, it will no longer be issuing paper certificates for vehicles that have passed their annual test. Paper certificates will still be issued for failed results for the time being.
The DVSA is asking businesses to start thinking about how to implement these changes.
