The annual Member Survey is now open, giving BVRLA members the chance to share views on what the association does well and where it has the opportunity to improve.
The results of the survey help to guide the BVRLA’s priorities for the year ahead. Feedback from members reaches every department and will shape which initiatives are launched, or which processes can be implemented, to deliver more value to members.
Feedback is requested at an individual level, not on behalf of the entire organisation. Multiple responses to the survey from individuals within member organisations are encouraged, particularly if representing different functions.
Members yet to receive an invitation to provide feedback can email [email protected] for their personal link via which to provide feedback. All responses are confidential unless the recipient chooses to share their identity to discuss feedback further.
