Leading fleet operators will discuss critical aspects of the zero-emission transition during the ‘Fleet Takeover’ session at this year’s Fleets in Charge Conference. Charging infrastructure will be among the topics on the agenda as the experts share what others can learn from their experiences.
The panel session, to be chaired by Paul Hollick of the Association of Fleet Professionals (AFP), will delve into how the evolution of charging technologies and infrastructure is essential for addressing the unique needs and challenges faced by fleets transitioning to EVs. Representatives from some of the country's largest fleets will share invaluable insights from their journeys, highlighting the positives, identifying opportunities, and offering valuable lessons for others.
The BVRLA’s annual Fleets in Charge Conference, taking place on 10 July, also has an agenda brimming with insights from EV leaders. Members can secure their spot with the ‘Early Bird’ ticket rate while it lasts.
Further panel discussions will cover:
- Business model evolution – leaning into change. A look at changing trends in consumer and mobility needs and evolving technology to create new business models.
- Retail in Detail: ZEV mandate impact, misinformation/lack of understanding, how firms are changing their interactions with consumers.
Members should be aware that a prior technical issue that prevented registrations from being taken has been resolved.
The ‘Early Bird’ ticket rate is currently available for a limited time. The one-day Conference takes place at the QEII conference centre in London on Wednesday 10 July.
