The last date to order VE103B pads for pre-Christmas delivery is this Friday. Failure for a driver to present a valid form when driving abroad could result in delays, fines, or the vehicle being impounded.
Drivers of UK-registered vehicles need to demonstrate they have permission from the registered keeper to take a vehicle abroad. The VE103 is the only legally recognised alternative to carrying the registration document when travelling abroad.
Orders must be placed and paid for by Friday 15 December to guarantee they are delivered before Christmas. Members must also ensure their return data is correct to avoid any delays in processing.
The BVRLA has produced a communications toolkit containing a suite of social, digital, and printed communications to help members to inform customers of requirements when Taking a Vehicle Abroad. These can be co-branded free of charge.
