Members can now access new guidance on maintaining rental agreements and pre-rental safety checks, thanks to support from long-standing member, Prohire.
Prohire has kindly allowed the association to share their examples of such documents as part of the support for others.
This can help members to check their own documents and ensure they haven't missed anything. They will also be useful for new members when they are considering if their documentation is sufficient.
