As solo-regulated firms prepare for the Financial Conduct Authority’s Senior Managers & Certification Regime deadline of 31 March 2021, the BVRLA is reminding members of the support available.

Step 2: Complete specialised e-Learning modules - learn comprehensive background information on the regime.
Step 3: Attend a BVRLA remote training session - run by our Compliance Expert - engage with the change.
Step 4: Receive support and guidance with an example Statement of Responsibility - put theory into practice.
Step 5: Attend a BVRLA Q&A session, run by our Compliance team focusing on how SM&CR has changed the Inspection Programme - gain insight and have your questions answered.
