The rental-focused e-learning package 'Rental Fundamentals' covers operational topics such as Rental Vehicle Security Scheme (RVSS) suspicious behaviours, driver qualification, and GDPR requirements. Beyond that, modules cover customer service, renting electric vehicles, and much more. The full package includes 11 modules delivering total content of 3 hours 20 minutes. Learners can stop and start when they have time, going at their own pace because progress is saved automatically.
A single licence costs £89.95 +VAT for 12 month's access. All content is available at the user’s convenience and can be completed online. It is designed to fit around the working day and can be accessed via any device with internet connection.
