Throughout 2023, the association’s courses received an average overall satisfaction rating of 4.75 out of five. Members who are looking to specific individuals or a full team, seeking to fill a knowledge gap, or requiring a whole programme of training will find a blend of online and in-person courses to ensure all development objectives can be met.
The association can also provide any course from the schedule ‘on-demand’, exclusively for a member’s business. On-demand courses take place at a member’s premises or online with the option to tailor content to suit the business needs. All courses are delivered by industry experts who have extensive experience in working with members to address their specific needs.
The BVRLA learning and development programme is open to all industry professionals, with members receiving reduced rate.
