BVRLA members are committed to raise standards and delivering consistently good customer experiences. By agreeing to meet the standards in the Code of Conduct, members are helping the association raise the bar. The BVRLA’s training programme helps members maintain those standards and keep their colleagues fully informed.
Supporting members in upholding these high standards, the rental-focused e-learning package 'Rental Fundamentals' will shortly have a free additional module added to assist members with customer complaints.
The new module – Rental Complaint Handling – will cover how to manage challenging customers more effectively by following a few Golden Rules. The existing modules in the Rental Fundamentals package cover topics such as the Rental Vehicle Security Scheme (RVSS), suspicious customer behaviours, driver qualification and ID verification, and key GDPR requirements.
Input from the Learning and Development Rental Working Group has helped shape the rental e-learning package to ensure it meets member's needs and supports business requirements. It is suitable for rental agents and managers in daily rental and light commercial vehicle rental locations.
A single licence costs only £89.95 +VAT for 12 month's access to all 12 modules. Learners can stop and start a module, with progress saved automatically to allow them to learn at their own pace and in line with any other work commitments or responsibilities.
